Support
Email andrew.corbett@csquaredstudios.io. If your question is about a trial, a license code or a PC, include the License ID that HTML Point shows under Help > Subscription. Never email us a license code itself unless we ask for it.
Enter a license code
In HTML Point, open Help > Subscription > Code > Enter a code, and type or paste the code, then choose Activate. Spaces and dashes do not matter, and the letters O, I and L are read as 0, 1 and 1. If HTML Point says the code is in use on its maximum number of PCs, remove it from a PC you no longer use, or email us.
Remove a PC from a code
On the PC you want to free, open Help > Subscription and remove this PC from the code. If that PC is lost or was reinstalled, email us the License ID and its device ID if you have it, and we will free its place. A PC that has not been online for 45 days frees its place by itself.
Trials
Each PC can use the 14-day trial once. If HTML Point says the trial was already used on this PC, the free version still works, and you can subscribe in the Microsoft Store or ask us about a license code.
If an existing trial needs an online clock check, choose Help > Subscription > Free trial > Check again. Trial checks are not retried automatically, and checking an existing trial never extends its end date.
Microsoft Store subscriptions
Manage, cancel or ask for a refund of a Store subscription at account.microsoft.com/services. Microsoft handles billing; we cannot see or change your payment.
Privacy requests
To ask us to delete your trial or license records, or the name and email address we keep with a code we sent you, email us the License ID. See the privacy policy for what we keep and for how long.
If the license service is unavailable
HTML Point keeps working. Pro stays active until your current license token ends, the free version always works, and you can start a trial or enter a code later.
